The decision of the Certification Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 04/28/2026 (order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 04/28/2026 No. 694) approved:

On May 5, 2026, a guest lecture by Maria Lvivna Druzhynets, Doctor of Philology, Professor, Professor of the Department of Ukrainian Language and Language Training of Foreigners of I. I. Mechnikov Odesa National University was held at the Department of Ukrainian and Foreign Literature.

The Department of Preschool Pedagogy held an extended meeting dedicated to discussing the educational and professional program "Preschool Education" of the first (bachelor's) level in specialty A2 Preschool Education. The event brought together scientific and pedagogical workers, representatives of the academic community, employers and other stakeholders interested in training modern specialists for the field of preschool education.

The XXIII All-Ukrainian Conference of Students and Young Scientists "Informatics, Information Systems and Technologies" was held, organized by the Department of Applied Mathematics and Informatics of the state institution "South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky" together with I. I. Mechnikov Odesa National University.

In Ukraine, the mass recruitment of teenagers and young people by hostile special services to carry out their sabotage tasks through social networks and messengers continues. The SSU states  that at least 22% of those recruited are minors. The problem has reached the scale of a national threat.

The lecture “Development of Ukrainian Graphics and Spelling in a Historical Context” by Druzhynets Maria Lvivna, Doctor of Philology, Professor, Professor of the Department of Ukrainian Language and Language Training for Foreigners of I. I. Mechnikov Odesa National University, will be dedicated to the development of Ukrainian writing — from the most ancient forms of graphics to modern spelling.

On April 29, 2026, a bright and inspiring festival dedicated to International Dance Day was held at the Odesa Theater of the Young Spectator. The event united talented youth, creative teams and dance lovers, creating an atmosphere of a real holiday of movement, music and emotions.
