Within the framework of the VI All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Modern Challenges of Socio-Political Development: Political, Legal and Socio-Economic Dimensions” on May 22, 2026, speeches by honored guests were held.

Doctor, Candidate of Political Sciences, diplomat, wife of the Consul General of Ukraine in Istanbul, member of the Association of Spouses of Ukrainian Diplomats Ms. Lyudmila NEDILSKA presented a report “Cultural Diplomacy in the Activities of the Consulate General of Ukraine in Istanbul (2022 - 2026).

On May 22, the VI All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference of Students and Young Scientists “CONTEMPORARY CHALLENGES OF SOCIO-POLITICAL DEVELOPMENT: POLITICAL-LEGAL AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC DIMENSIONS” was held. The conference brought together diplomats, scientific and pedagogical workers: political scientists, psychologists, philosophers, economists and young scientists from leading universities of Ukraine.

On May 22, 2026, the Department of Mathematics and Methods of Its Teaching at Ushynsky University held an international webinar “AI Tools in the Research Activities of a University Teacher: Creating Presentations with AI Support”.

The main speaker was Svitlana Oleksiivna Skvortsova, Professor of the Department, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

On May 21, as part of a career guidance event, the musical and creative project “Rhythms of Pop Dialogue” was held, the founders of which were the Educational and Scientific Institute of Musical and Performing Arts and Socio-Cultural Practices of Ushynsky University and Odesa Professional College of Arts named after K. F. Dankevych. The project was developed and implemented on the basis of the Educational and Scientific Laboratory “Modern Art Studios” with the support of the Department of Theoretical, Musical, Instrumental and Vocal Training of Ushynsky University.

On May 21, Ushynsky University celebrated Vyshyvanka Day, a holiday that unites Ukrainians around national traditions, culture, and historical heritage.

On May 20, 2026, representatives of the State Institution "South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky" took part in the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference of Higher Education Students and Young Scientists "Promising Directions of Modern Science and Education", organized by Donbas State Pedagogical University.
