May 4-6, 2018, in the city of Lviv, at the Palace of Culture named after Hnat Khotkevych, the International Festival of Arts "Star Gramophone Talents 2018" was held.

South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky at this competition was represented by the students of the class of senior teacher Mamikina O.A. who received the title of laureates’ in the nomination "Variety singing": I prize - Naivchenchenna Hanna, II prize - Onesku Yevgeny and Rybak Christina, III prize - Kucherin Maxim. The students of the Faculty of Music and Choreography of the University Anna Neykovchenna and Du Zilong became special guests of the concert held at the Lviv Philharmonic.
