The results of the international project TURBO (The Universities’ Reaction to Big Obstructions: Building resilient higher education to respond and manage societal crises) continue to be implemented in the educational practice of Ushynsky University.

As part of the project, the university team developed 10 thematic manuals aimed at supporting internally displaced persons (IDPs) entrants, their adaptation to the educational environment, and the development of relevant professional, digital, and entrepreneurial competencies.

The next important step was the presentation of the manuals developed within the framework of TURBO to our IDP entrants. The participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the content of the materials, areas of their practical use, and the educational opportunities they open up.

It is especially pleasing that the created materials do not remain just the result of project work, but are actually integrated into the educational process. Thus, the 3rd and 4th year students majoring in specialty 281 Public Management and Administration chose the elective discipline “Start-up Organization”, which provides an opportunity to directly use the project’s achievements during their studies, work on their own ideas, and develop entrepreneurial thinking.

Thus, the TURBO project moves from the stage of developing educational materials to their practical application. Manuals in Action are the best confirmation that the achievements created within the framework of the international project become part of the real educational experience of our entrants and students.
