From 06/22/2026 to 06/26/2026, a large-scale scientific event took place at the ancient Frontišek Palacký University in Olomouc (Czech Republic) - another Olomouc Symposium, which once again brought together Ukrainian scholars from Central and Eastern Europe. A separate segment of this authoritative Slavic gathering was the international scientific conference "Linguistic and Social Dynamics of the Ukrainian Present through the Prism of Traditional and New Scientific Paradigms" and the workshop "With Faith in the Future of Ukraine: Horizons of Modern Ukrainian Studies", which was held by the Ukrainian Studies Section within the framework of the Erasmus+ BIP program. Zhanna HORINA, Associate Professor of the Department of Ukrainian Philology and Methods of Teaching Professional Disciplines, shared her scientific achievements with Ukrainian and foreign colleagues, giving a presentation on “Educational Potential of Comics in Visual Adaptation of Texts of Ukrainian Literary Classics” at one of the sectional meetings dedicated to current problems of literary studies and artistic creativity.

The professional discussion once again confirmed that such international scientific forums are an important space for exchanging ideas, establishing academic cooperation, and developing Ukrainian studies in the international scientific and educational space.
