Kateryna Tkachenko, Doctor of Philosophy, lecturer at the Department of Philosophical and Sociological Studies and Sociocultural Practices, participated as an interpreter in a business meeting with business representatives (China) dedicated to the issues of reconstruction of Ukraine, attracting investments and development of Ukrainian-Chinese partnership, which took place at the International Cultural Center "Union". During the event, representatives of Ukrainian communities, business and specialized organizations presented the investment potential of Southern Ukraine, the possibilities of industrial parks, mechanisms for attracting investments and prospects for post-war restoration of regions. The platform became a platform for dialogue between the Ukrainian side and potential Chinese partners in the fields of industry, construction, infrastructure and international trade.
Kateryna Tkachenko provided Ukrainian-Chinese translation during communication with representatives of Chinese business and potential investors. Participation in such events is an example of how academic knowledge, international experience and intercultural communication can contribute to the development of Ukraine and the expansion of partnership. Participation in international investment initiatives is organically combined with modern socio-cultural management and encompasses the development of international cooperation, intercultural dialogue, and interaction between the state, business, and communities. It is precisely such competencies that are important today for the reconstruction of the country, the development of regions, and the formation of new opportunities for Ukraine in the global space.
