Yaroslav Chepkalenko, a representative of the university, took part in a human-centric workshop by UNICEF Ukraine and Lanka.CX, which took place as part of the Career Festival at the Expocenter of Ukraine (VDNH) in Kyiv.

The event was dedicated to the topic of youth career guidance, choosing a profession and supporting the first steps in a career. Representatives of the youth sector, public organizations, state institutions, the educational environment and employers joined the discussions and joint work.

During the workshop, participants worked in teams to find practical solutions, generated ideas, created prototypes and tested them directly with festival visitors.

Such formats allow combining experience from different fields and forming solutions that better meet the real needs of youth and the modern labor market.
