Taras Kavetsky's open lecture on the topic: "Application of positronics to cancer problems."

As part of the Science Week, first-level (bachelor's) higher education students of the following educational and professional programs: Secondary Education (Natural Sciences), Secondary Education (Physics), Secondary Education (Mathematics), Secondary Education (Informatics) participated in an open lecture within the open platform for the presentation of breakthrough research and the exchange of innovative ideas "Doctoral Student's Tribune 2026".

The speaker of the event was Taras Kavetsky, a doctoral student at the Department of Innovative Technologies and Methods of Teaching Natural Sciences, who presented a report on the topic "Application of Positronics to Cancer Problems".

During the lecture, the participants learned about modern scientific approaches in the field of solid-state physics, the prospects for using positron methods in medical research, and current directions in the development of interdisciplinary science. The event was accompanied by active discussion and became an important platform for the popularization of science among students.
