Within the framework of the Erasmus+ academic mobility program, educators and students majoring in C4 (053) Psychology of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Psychology and Social Sciences continued their acquaintance with the educational environment of UKEN (University of the Commission of National Education) in Krakow. The participants of the mobility from the Department of Theory and Methods of Practical Psychology included associate professors: OLENA GREK and OLENA KOSYANOVA, as well as a student of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education of the 2nd year of the educational and professional program "Psychology" OLHA GREK, a master's student of the 1st year of the educational and professional program "Practical Psychology. The second day of the mobility was dedicated to attending lectures by Dr. W. Ligęza on current areas of psychological science. The participants listened to the lectures "Adult Developmental Psychology" and "Psychology of Creativity", which provided an opportunity not only to deepen their knowledge of the psychology of adult personality development and the psychology of creativity, but also to get acquainted with modern methods of work of Polish colleagues with a student audience. During the lectures, Dr. W. Ligęza actively used interactive teaching methods, in particular case studies and techniques for visualizing ideas. This format contributed to a deeper immersion in the topic of the lessons, the activation of students' thinking and the creation of a space for professional discussion. During the lecture "Adult Developmental Psychology", special attention was paid to the issues of crises of adulthood, personal development in adulthood and mechanisms of human adaptation in the conditions of modern social challenges. Within the framework of the lecture "Psychology of Creativity", creativity was considered as an important quality of personality and as a cognitive skill that can be purposefully developed using special psychological techniques, creative tasks and practical exercises.
The experience gained is important for the development of professional competencies of future psychologists, as well as for the further implementation of modern interactive teaching methods in the educational process of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Psychology and Social Sciences.
