Educators and students of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Psychology and Social Sciences began participating in the Erasmus+ international academic mobility program at the University of the National Education Commission, Kraków, Poland. The mobility participants from the Department of Theory and Methods of Practical Psychology included associate professors OLENA GREK and OLENA KOSYANOVA, as well as a student of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education of the 2nd year of the educational and professional program "Psychology" OLHA GREK, a master's student of the 1st year of the educational and professional program "Practical Psychology. Extreme and Crisis Psychology" VIRA SYNICHENKO, and a master's student of the 1st year of the educational and professional program "Applied and Practical Psychology" DIANA SYMONENKO.
The first day of the program was dedicated to the official acquaintance with the UKEN Institute of Psychology. The mobility participants had the opportunity to visit the educational space of the university, talk to the Director of the Institute of Psychology, Mr. Rafal Abramtsov, and discuss possible areas of further cooperation between higher education institutions. The meeting took place in an open, friendly and professional atmosphere. Polish colleagues-psychologists showed sincere interest in the experience of Ukrainian teachers and applicants, as well as readiness for further academic dialogue. The UKEN Institute of Psychology made a pleasant impression as a modern educational space that combines academic traditions, innovative approaches to learning and comfortable conditions for professional development. Modern classrooms, spaces for group work, areas for communication and relaxation create a favorable environment for the training of future psychologists.
Participation in the Erasmus+ program is an important stage in the development of the international activities of the departments of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Psychology and Social Sciences, expanding the professional experience of educators and students, as well as strengthening partnerships with European higher education institutions.
