In Ukraine, the mass recruitment of teenagers and young people by hostile special services to carry out their sabotage tasks through social networks and messengers continues. The SSU states that at least 22% of those recruited are minors. The problem has reached the scale of a national threat.
On April 30, 2026, an online training was held in the SKREPKA training laboratory on the current problem of countering and preventing the recruitment of young people for the purpose of committing terrorist acts and sabotage, which was carried out within the framework of the implementation of the joint international program SUITT and the DAAD project “Transnational educational and research strategies against digital hatred”.
The guest of “SKREPKA” was an experienced psychologist, practitioner, methodologist of Law Lyceum in Odesa of the Odesa City Council Nina Valentynivna Filatova.
The training program turned out to be lively, flexible and mobile to the changes and requirements of the educational present in conditions of uncertainty, constant anxiety, blackouts, etc.
The listeners noted the advantages of the event as a practical guide that combines theory with effective exercises, algorithms of actions during recruitment and modern, tested in the world and enriched by domestic experience, effective tools of self-help and psychosocial support in difficult conditions of any crisis circumstances.
The participants expressed their gratitude to Ms. Nina and hope for further cooperation.
