The teachers of the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration, together with the master's students majoring in A1 Educational Sciences, within the framework of the tasks of industrial (assistant) practice, successfully implemented a cycle of career guidance activities in secondary education institutions in Odesa. The master's students (A. Bolotina, K. Holoborodov, O. Chernysh, etc.) together with the head of the department O. Sakalyuk helped high school students navigate the choice of their future profession, provided relevant information about the specialties of Ushynsky University, and also presented in detail specialty "Public Management and Administration", revealed the prospects of studying at the university. Thanks to the meetings held, the students received answers to their questions about choosing a higher education institution, and the master's students gained experience in public speaking, working with large groups, and organizing educational projects.

The department expresses its gratitude to the leadership of Odesa Lyceums No. 56, No. 38, and 44 for their cooperation and the opportunity to implement this career guidance project.
