On April 23, 2026, as part of the assistantship, a practical lesson on the topic "Individualized and Differentiated Learning. Individual Educational Trajectory of a Student" was held, which was conducted by the student Bolotina Anastasia.

The purpose of the lesson was to form an understanding of the essence of individualization and differentiation of learning in students, as well as to develop practical skills to apply these approaches in the educational process.

During the update of basic knowledge, the participants recalled the differences between an individual approach and differentiation, as well as factors that affect the educational opportunities of students. The theoretical block allowed them to generalize knowledge about the types of differentiation and the essence of an individual educational trajectory as a personalized path for the student's development.

The practical part of the lesson was rich and interactive. The students worked individually, in pairs and groups, completing case tasks. Within the framework of the analysis of pedagogical situations, they identified effective approaches to organizing learning for students with different levels of preparation, including students with special educational needs. During the development of differentiated tasks, the participants created fragments of lessons taking into account different levels of educational achievements, which contributed to the formation of practical skills in organizing the educational process.

During the lesson, the participants discussed the relevance of the individual approach, analyzed pedagogical situations, performed case tasks and developed differentiated fragments of lessons. Special attention was paid to the creation of individual educational trajectories of students.

The lesson was interactive, contributed to the development of critical thinking and professional competencies of students.

Based on the results of the work, the participants received tasks for independent work.
