On April 27, 2026, the Department of Musical Art and Choreography held a discussion of two important programs in the field of A - Education. These are EPP A4.13 Secondary Education (Art. Musical Art) for the first (bachelor's) level of higher education and A1 Educational Sciences, ESP "Artistic Pedagogy of Higher Education" for the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education.
Students of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Musical and Performing Arts and Socio-Cultural Practices successfully represented our institution at the international level. In April 2026, they took part in the IV International Two-Round Multi-Genre Festival-Competition of Arts named after M. V. Lysenko “Oh, Play, Musicians!”.
Natalia Ashykhmina, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Musical Art and Choreography, joined the editorial board of the international scientific journal Dialogic Pedagogy, an authoritative publication that covers current research in the field of education and communication.
On April 25, Doors Open Day at Ushynsky University was held as an important event for future entrants who seek to make a conscious choice of their professional path. The event brought together entrants, their parents and representatives of the university community, creating a space for open dialogue, exchange of experience and obtaining up-to-date information about studies.
On April 23-25, 2026, a large-scale scientific event, the International Conference “Ukrainian Language as a Foreign Language in the Dimensions of Today,” was held at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, which brought together researchers, teachers of Saturday and Sunday schools, and authors of Ukrainian language textbooks for foreigners from Austria, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Georgia, Italy, Canada, Lithuania, Germany, South Korea, Poland, the USA, Turkey, France, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Norway, and Croatia.
On April 25, the 2nd-4th year students of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Natural and Mathematical Sciences, Informatics and Management, together with associate professors O. M. Zadorina and O. M. Boldareva, made an unforgettable journey to the westernmost corner of Ukraine. In warm fellowship with colleagues and students of Odesa Technical Vocational College, we discovered the magic of spring Uzhhorod.
On April 24, 2026, the next stage of the International Advanced Training (Internship) took place, organized by the Institute of Creative Thinking "OZ CREDO" (USA) together with the South Ukrainian Center for Professional Development of Managers and Specialists in the Socioeconomic Sphere of Ushynsky University.
Discussion of projects of educational and professional programs at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Musical and Performing Arts and Socio-Cultural Practices from April 22 to April 24 was dedicated to the field of B Culture, Art and Humanities. The discussion took place both at the internal level and with the involvement of external stakeholders and employers. These are EPP B5 Musical Art and B6 Performing Arts, Choreography.
