On April 24, 2026, the next stage of the International Advanced Training (Internship) took place, organized by the Institute of Creative Thinking "OZ CREDO" (USA) together with the South Ukrainian Center for Professional Development of Managers and Specialists in the Socioeconomic Sphere of Ushynsky University.

The event was held within the framework of the topic "Critical Thinking in the Academic Environment: From Theory to Practice" and was dedicated to the third module - "Creative Thinking Workshop using the Author's Methodology of Olga Zbarskaya".

The focus of the workshop was on the tools for developing creative thinking and their practical application in the educational process. The participants worked with author's exercises aimed at overcoming stereotyped thinking, developing flexibility of ideas and forming the ability to solve professional tasks non-standardly. Special attention was paid to idea generation techniques, working with associations, as well as methods for transforming familiar approaches into more effective and innovative ones.

The event was also attended by an invited guest, Professor De Ritis, who shared examples of using a creative approach in legal practice and academic teaching, emphasizing the importance of combining critical analysis and creative thinking.

The translation of the educational and methodological material was provided by Olha Papach. Interpretation during the meeting was provided by Ilona Derik.

The event was held in a dynamic and productive atmosphere, contributed to the development of practical skills of the participants and emphasized the importance of creative thinking as a key competence of a modern specialist.
