On April 10, 2026, at the Institute of Creative Thinking “OZ CREDO”, USA, with the support of the South Ukrainian Center for Professional Development of managers and specialists in the socio-economic sphere of Ushynsky University, the international advanced training (internship) “Critical Thinking in the Academic Sphere: From Theory to Practice” officially started, in which teachers and scientific and pedagogical workers from 41 higher education institutions and 22 regions of Ukraine participate.
On April 9, 2026, the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Ukraine, Mr. MA Shengkun, visited Ushynsky University, accompanied by a Chinese delegation consisting of: WANG Zhengguang - Counselor-Envoy, LI Jianwei - First Secretary, WU Pengjiu - Second Secretary, ZHAN Senyao - Second Secretary, and ZHAN Zhengguo - Education Representative.
On April 9, 2026, the Educational and Cultural Center "Confucius Institute" of Ushynsky University, with the support of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Musical and Performing Arts and Socio-Cultural Practices, held a solemn event "Chinese-Ukrainian Spring - 2026" in the Odesa Concert Hall "Palladium", which was attended by students, high school students, teachers and directors of educational institutions of Odesa region, media, deputies and representatives of the regional and city councils.
