On April 28, 2026, a career guidance meeting of like-minded people “Choosing a profession: honestly about political science and psychology” was held at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Psychology and Social Sciences, dedicated to the conscious choice of a future professional path. The event was attended by students of secondary education institutions of the city of Odesa and Rozdilna district, higher education students of the institute, teachers and graduates. During the meeting, the participants, together with specialists, discussed what political scientists and psychologists actually study, what opportunities and challenges open up in these areas, how to understand their own professional inclinations, and also heard real experience of studying and working without embellishment. The meeting was held in the format of an open dialogue, which contributed to creating an atmosphere of trust, sincerity and interest. The participants came to the conclusion that the future profession is not only an activity, but also an opportunity for self-realization, development of one’s own abilities and contribution to society.
